My first reaction, when I saw the isthmus, was Istanbul. But then I spotted the Finger Lakes in her shadow--and they aren't much longer than her fingers! Our girl is standing in Lake Ontario, and that's Toronto there to her left. The fact that the world is "upside down" from how we typically look at it, with her facing north, added a bit of a challenge. Nicely done!
